Some call me the chief, cook, and bottle washer - and it kind of fits! I thoroughly enjoy maintaining the long lasting relationships with both customers and vendors from around the world.

When I'm out of the office, I keep busy maintaining Habitat for the wily Rooster and spend a lot of time hunting when fall rolls around. Other interests include: riding my Harley, Fishing,
and Travel.

Some people call me Frugal, others call me Thrifty. When not trying to find the best value for Accurate’s operating expenses, I’m wearing the HR/Payroll hat and troubleshooting network issues.

Since we started in business it has always been a challenge to match new technology and our company’s operations to best fill our customer needs. Today over 90% of our business is one form or another of a VMI program. We strive to make it as easy as possible for our customer to do business with us.

I am continually streamlining processes, while improving productivity to ensure that the Account Managers give you, the customer, the product and the service to the highest quality you should expect.

I have been in the fastener industry since 1987. As President of Accurate Component Sales, Inc. my main focus is expanding and fine tuning the services and products our company can offer to our ever growing list of customers.

Jim Krengel, Supply Chain Manager

I have been employed at Accurate Component Sales since 1992. In my seventeen plus years here at Accurate my job functions have varied greatly.

I began my Accurate career in the warehouse, moving quickly to Inside Sales Support, then to Account Manager, progressing to Regional Sales Manager.

Eventually I was asked by the owners to become more involved in the day to day operations of the company becoming the Supply Chain Manager overseeing the transportation and warehouse operations along with coordinating VMI customer programs. Along with those duties I still have a handful of valued customers that I enjoy working with on a daily basis.

Monte Lindahl, Account Manager

Hello, I’m Monte Lindahl. I have been in the fastener game since 1984. I’ve been part of the Accurate Component Sales team since June of 2002 as an Account Manager.

Job function: To meet & exceed our customer’s expectations through superior product knowledge and service.

Vicky Lowe, Account Manager

I started working for Accurate Component Sales, Inc. when we were a 6 month old startup company. I have watched the company grow and change over the past many years and enjoy being a part of it all.

As an Account Manager it is my job to make sure my customers are tended to with the highest possible degree of customer service.

My job is to take care of our customer’s inventory management programs, which is a job I take great pride in. It is my job to make sure our customers have the correct amount of product at the right time. I will make sure that all questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Job duties include inspection and allocation of product received at Accurate and monitoring of the calibration of all Accurate inspection instruments. In my spare time, I enjoy going to out place up north in the summer for Fishing and golfing. During the winter, I just try and stay warm and enjoy time friends and family on the weekends. Mary Hoskins, Quality Control

Over 3 decades in Quality Control. My primary duties include translating Customer requirements into our system, entering new part numbers, documentation control and system maintenance. Job duties include inspection and allocation of product received at Accurate. I also help in the design and manufacturing of any tooling or fixtures needed to inspect parts. I like to get on my Harley Davidson, pick out a road and see where it end's. [Email Gary]

Carolynn Powers, Administrative Assistant

Over time, my job has evolved into several areas. I currently assist in accounting and do special sales projects, in addition to answering phones, greeting guests and ordering office supplies.

In my spare time, I love to cook, work out, garden and do crossword puzzles. My favorite time, however, is spent with my husband of 36 years, my 4 children and spouses and 2 grandchildren.
